WHY WE STARTED
More than half of Nigerian adults are still unbanked
Most of them run small businesses on cash. Without a bank account or collateral, they cannot save safely or borrow to grow, and women are affected most.
Osemo Borealis Limited set out to fix that, beginning with Nigeria. Big banks felt unreachable and apps stayed on the phone, so we built something in between: lean community branches where anyone can walk in to save or take a loan.
