Osemo Borealis Limited ("Osb", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.
Job applications: your name, contact details, where you live, years of experience, your CV, your note to us and, if you give it, your LinkedIn link.
Okuta business registration: business and contact details you enter.
This website does not process banking transactions. Customer accounts and transactions are handled in our banking app at app.osb.ng, which has its own terms.

How we use it

We use contact and Okuta details to reply to you. We use job application details only to assess your application and contact you about recruitment.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months after the role closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Who can see it

Only authorised Osb staff. We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the website, under confidentiality terms, or where the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email info@osemoborealis.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
